Account
Access or deletion
Use the controls available inside UpVibe first. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account and clearly state whether you need access help, a correction, or account deletion. Identity verification may be required to protect the account.
Safety
Report a user or post
Use UpVibe’s in-app reporting and blocking controls when available. If you cannot submit the report in the app, email support with the username, a description, and a non-sensitive screenshot. UpVibe support is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Purchases
Billing and refunds
If a purchase was processed by Apple or Google Play, review the receipt and request billing or refund help through the same store. UpVibe support can help identify the correct route but cannot override an app store’s billing decision.
