Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:
Contract: Processing necessary to provide an account, membership, promotion service, notification, or other requested feature.
Consent: Processing based on your permission, such as optional cookies, personalized advertising, newsletters, push notifications, or certain AI uses.
Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for purposes such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, maintaining security, understanding audience engagement, and operating our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, legal demands, accounting duties, or regulatory requirements.
Protection of rights: Processing necessary to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, creators, Ainnunbetta, or others.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
4. Creator Profiles, Following, and Notifications
Creator profiles may contain information obtained from the creator, an authorized representative, public sources, or third-party platforms.
Following a creator may allow us to associate that preference with your account, browser, email address, or notification token. We may use that information to send alerts about livestreams, uploads, merchandise, touring, events, music releases, promotions, or other creator activity.
Livestream detection and notifications may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, public data, or automated systems. Notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable.
Creators may receive aggregated campaign or audience insights, such as follower totals, notification engagement, geographic summaries, or link performance. We will not provide a creator with your email address or direct contact information unless:
- You direct us to do so;
- The applicable feature clearly discloses that sharing;
- It is needed to complete a transaction you requested; or
- Disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.
5. Public Information and User-Generated Content
Information you publish through a public profile, creator page, comment, post, review, or community feature may be visible to anyone, indexed by search engines, copied, shared, or redistributed by others.

6. Analytics and Search Performance
We may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand how visitors find and use the Services. Analytics providers may process cookie identifiers, device information, page activity, referral information, approximate location, and interaction events.
Google Search Console may provide aggregated information about how pages appear in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, clicks, indexing, and technical performance.
We use these insights to:
- Understand traffic;
- Diagnose technical problems;
- Improve site structure and content;
- Measure campaigns;
- Understand audience engagement; and
- Develop creator or administrative dashboards.
Analytics information may be aggregated, de-identified, or associated with a pseudonymous identifier.
7. Advertising and Ad Personalization
We use or may use Google AdSense and other advertising providers to display and measure advertisements.
Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on a visitor’s prior visits to Ainnunbetta, other websites, or applications.
Depending on consent, account settings, location, and applicable law, advertisements may be:
Personalized advertisements, which may be selected using interests, browsing activity, inferred characteristics, previous interactions, or activity across websites and applications; or

Advertising providers may use information to:
- Select and deliver ads;
- Limit how often an ad appears;
- Measure ad impressions and clicks;
- Detect invalid traffic or fraud;

- Google Ads Settings;
- YourAdChoices;
- The Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools;

- Keeping the Services functioning;
- Authenticating accounts;

- The page you visited;
- Cookie or account identifiers; and
- Information about your interaction with the embed.
The provider may recognize you if you are signed into its service. Its processing is governed by its own privacy policy.

Push Notifications
Browser and mobile push notifications may be disabled through:
- Ainnunbetta notification settings;
- Your browser settings;
